The system structure design and development steps were analyzed. In the platform, the compiled simulation model, established in the MATLAB\/Simulink, runs on the real-time hardware platform, and the actuator as the real physical part. This platform realized the HIL design and simulation, and the simulation process is similar to the real environment.
