Representing the aboutness of a diagnosis to this entire configuration of entities is not straightforward. Past approaches require extraneous entities like &amp;ldquo;situation&amp;rdquo; and cannot indicate specifically which relationships in a configuration are relevant for the diagnosis to be correct.
