The text mining was applied to achieve the knowledge discovery from historical medical data. This work aims to design and develop the system to medical diagnostic on mobile application supporting Thai language. Moreover, web application was built to manage knowledge achievement for using on mobile application by user or patient. The proposed system will discover the implication knowledge with association rules derived from Apiori algorithm to advice co-symptom of diagnosing to achieve more correctly on user's mobile. The implemented system was tested by user.
