Our previous study shows that a power loss occurred inside the VG Hub. To minimize the total power loss, the number of used links needs to be minimized; the total power flow in the VG Hub network is minimized. In this paper, we have designed and implemented a cloud-based control system to execute the optimization with preceding local optimization.
