In this work we designed, simulated and fabricated Michelson interferometer integrating components such as adiabatic splitter, loop back mirrors, grating couplers and waveguides on total area 150x410 \u03bcm of silicon-on-insulator chip. According to simulation results free spectral range of the interferometer is 0.55 nm.
