Seeking to optimize this process, this research proposes the development of a conceptual model that should work as methodology for the manufacture of replacement parts using the tools and concepts of Advanced Manufacturing. The research uses a methodology that excels in pre-processing information before modelling. First, a bibliographic research was carried out to obtain knowledge about Advanced Manufacturing in Industry 4.0, with emphasis on the domains of Additive Manufacturing, with a focus on testing by software. The method consists of the previous Project Feasibility Analysis, the Metrology fundamentals for data collection, until the manufacture of the part to be replaced. According to the analyses provided in this study, the results obtained meet the proposed criteria, in order to certify the quality of manufactured parts and making them feasible in terms of time and values.
