{"status":"ok","message-type":"work","message-version":"1.0.0","message":{"indexed":{"date-parts":[[2026,4,30]],"date-time":"2026-04-30T18:22:29Z","timestamp":1777573349388,"version":"3.51.4"},"reference-count":5,"publisher":"SAGE Publications","issue":"2","content-domain":{"domain":[],"crossmark-restriction":false},"short-container-title":["EFI"],"published-print":{"date-parts":[[2023,6,15]]},"abstract":"<jats:p>In the framework of DiMPAH (Digital Methods Platform for Arts and Humanities), an online course \u201ce-spect@tor for performing arts\u201d has been designed to make available digital methods created by the Digital Humanities project \u201cThe spectator\u2019s school\u201d to the scientific community and the students. The main aim of this course is to train learners to analyse performative works from video recordings. Those analysis are notably achieved with the use of the digital tool e-spect@tor developed by \u201cThe spectator\u2019s school\u201d to annotate live art videos with different features that allows to study performative aspects. While \u201cUnit I\u201d is focused on introducing the \u201cPerforming arts\u201d, \u201cUnit II\u201d is dedicated to the analysis of case studies proposed to serve as models. The course can be used on e-learning and in a hybrid teaching format through a possible course structure and aims as described and tested with students.
