From the perspective of continuity, we established the mapping relationship between users\u2019 demand for walking AIDS for the elderly and continuity, and established the design model of walking AIDS for the elderly with the introduction of continuity theory. Taking the elderly walking stick as an example, the improvement content of the elderly walking stick design and the continuity factors that affect the use intention are obtained from the two aspects of user continuous satisfaction and use intention, and the flexibility and usability criterion should be followed in the improvement and innovation design of the target walking stick.<\/jats:p>","DOI":"10.3233\/faia220042","type":"book-chapter","created":{"date-parts":[[2022,3,2]],"date-time":"2022-03-02T13:35:45Z","timestamp":1646228145000},"source":"Crossref","is-referenced-by-count":0,"title":["Research on Design Evaluation Method of Walking Stick Based on Continuity Theory"],"prefix":"10.3233","author":[{"given":"Lu","family":"Lin","sequence":"first","affiliation":[{"name":"Art and Design Institute, Zhejiang Sci-Tech University, Hangzhou, China, 310018"}],"role":[{"role":"author","vocabulary":"crossref"}]},{"given":"Yu","family":"Wang","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[{"name":"Art and Design Institute, Zhejiang Sci-Tech University, Hangzhou, China, 310018"}],"role":[{"role":"author","vocabulary":"crossref"}]},{"given":"Jiayi","family":"Qiu","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[{"name":"Art and Design Institute, Zhejiang Sci-Tech University, Hangzhou, China, 310018"}],"role":[{"role":"author","vocabulary":"crossref"}]},{"given":"Chao","family":"Liu","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[{"name":"Art and Design Institute, Zhejiang Sci-Tech University, Hangzhou, China, 310018"}],"role":[{"role":"author","vocabulary":"crossref"}]}],"member":"7437","container-title":["Frontiers in Artificial Intelligence and Applications","Design Studies and Intelligence Engineering"],"original-title":[],"link":[{"URL":"https:\/\/ebooks.iospress.nl\/pdf\/doi\/10.3233\/FAIA220042","content-type":"unspecified","content-version":"vor","intended-application":"similarity-checking"}],"deposited":{"date-parts":[[2022,3,2]],"date-time":"2022-03-02T13:35:46Z","timestamp":1646228146000},"score":1,"resource":{"primary":{"URL":"https:\/\/ebooks.iospress.nl\/doi\/10.3233\/FAIA220042"}},"subtitle":[],"short-title":[],"issued":{"date-parts":[[2022,2,28]]},"references-count":0,"URL":"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.3233\/faia220042","relation":{},"ISSN":["0922-6389","1879-8314"],"issn-type":[{"value":"0922-6389","type":"print"},{"value":"1879-8314","type":"electronic"}],"subject":[],"published":{"date-parts":[[2022,2,28]]}}}
