Concretely, against two theoretical backdrops of PABA (Probabilistic Assumption-based Argumentation) and DST (Dempster-Shafer Theory), we present a framework for such systems called c-PABA. It is argued that c-PABA lends itself to a development tool as well and to demonstrate we show that DST-based ML classifier combination and multi-source data fusion can be implemented as simple c-PABA frameworks.<\/jats:p>","DOI":"10.3233\/faia220150","type":"book-chapter","created":{"date-parts":[[2022,9,13]],"date-time":"2022-09-13T14:21:55Z","timestamp":1663078915000},"source":"Crossref","is-referenced-by-count":1,"title":["Composite Argumentation Systems with ML Components"],"prefix":"10.3233","author":[{"given":"Nguyen Duy","family":"Hung","sequence":"first","affiliation":[{"name":"Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology, Thailand"}],"role":[{"role":"author","vocabulary":"crossref"}]},{"given":"Nam-Van","family":"Huynh","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[{"name":"Japan Advanced Institute of Science and Technology, Japan"}],"role":[{"role":"author","vocabulary":"crossref"}]},{"given":"Thanaruk","family":"Theeramunkong","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[{"name":"Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology, Thailand"}],"role":[{"role":"author","vocabulary":"crossref"}]},{"given":"Tho-Quy","family":"Nhu","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[{"name":"Hanoi University of Industry, Vietnam"}],"role":[{"role":"author","vocabulary":"crossref"}]}],"member":"7437","container-title":["Frontiers in Artificial Intelligence and Applications","Computational Models of Argument"],"original-title":[],"link":[{"URL":"https:\/\/ebooks.iospress.nl\/pdf\/doi\/10.3233\/FAIA220150","content-type":"unspecified","content-version":"vor","intended-application":"similarity-checking"}],"deposited":{"date-parts":[[2022,9,13]],"date-time":"2022-09-13T14:21:56Z","timestamp":1663078916000},"score":1,"resource":{"primary":{"URL":"https:\/\/ebooks.iospress.nl\/doi\/10.3233\/FAIA220150"}},"subtitle":[],"short-title":[],"issued":{"date-parts":[[2022,9,7]]},"references-count":0,"URL":"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.3233\/faia220150","relation":{},"ISSN":["0922-6389","1879-8314"],"issn-type":[{"value":"0922-6389","type":"print"},{"value":"1879-8314","type":"electronic"}],"subject":[],"published":{"date-parts":[[2022,9,7]]}}}
