This allows for a deeper analysis of possible causal relationships between spatial features, predicting the occurrence of other spatial features based on the occurrence of certain spatial features, or summarizing general laws. For a spatial clique, the appearance of one spatial feature may lead to the appearance of another spatial feature, which is called evolutionary relationship. Previous spatial co-location pattern mining algorithms (such as join-based) focus on discovering prevalent co-occur spatial features and prevalent co-location patterns.
