We employ in tandem an ontology-based structural conceptual model and a behavioral process model as complementary views on a legal subject matter. We examine as a case a specific type of appeal in the Brazilian legal system and establish a correspondence between elements in the models and fragments of the specific norms on which they are grounded. These correspondences are expressed with identifiers using the Brazilian LexML identification scheme.
[[2022,12,9
["On Capturing Legal Knowledge in Ontology and Process Models Combined
["Frontiers in Artificial Intelligence and Applications","Legal Knowledge and Information Systems
[[2022,12,9
["The Case of an Appeal Process
[[2022,12,5
9781643683645","9781643683652
["0922-6389","1879-8314
[[2022,12,5]]}}}
