One important aspect is the assessment of the cleansing quality, which indicates the visibility of the gastrointestinal mucosa during the examination. In this study, we propose a novel method for assigning a cleansing score to capsule endoscopy videos. Moreover, our system proposes a segmentation masks for each frame, highlighting the regions of the image that are not visible.
