Based on the findings of desktop research and field research, integrated the design principle of stakeholder-oriented, collaborative, real and holistic, this paper tries to put forward the guiding principles of the elderly volunteer maintenance service design of rural cultural facilities in Guangdong, including the principles of system construction, project management and content supply, and the corresponding design path and practical measures.
