In a landscape where early detection is the linchpin, the overt symptoms of afflictions like leaf blight and Phytophthora fruit rot amplify the urgency. Herein lies the fusion of AI prowess with the ubiquity of mobile technology, a duo poised to revolutionize durian cultivation and export, paving the way for sustainability.This study unveils a groundbreaking methodology for durian leaf disease detection, harnessing the power of the Ultralytics Hub application on smartphones. Delving into the detection of three prevalent maladies leaf spot disease, leaf blight disease, and Phytophthora fruit rot the research scrutinizes the efficacy of three distinct models: YOLOv5, YOLOv8, and TensorFlow. The findings reveal impressive accuracy rates, with YOLOv5 leading the charge at 93.33%, followed by YOLOv8 at 80%, and TensorFlow at 63.33%, when subjected to a battery of durian leaf diseases.
