Existing UDA methods often utilize adversarial or self-training for domain adaptation but frequently overlook areas in images with similar or slightly blurred textures, resulting in significant performance discrepancies across different scale categories. To address this issue, we propose Unstable Category Feature Enhancement (UCFE), which dynamically separates stable and unstable categories during training using the Dynamic Unstable category Decoupling Module (DUDM). This allows for category decoupling in input images. Subsequently, the Multi-Unstable-category Enhancement Module (MUEM) learns complex relationships between categories, enabling precise feature extraction for unstable categories.
