While collaborative offloading among multiple edge servers enhances resource utilization, existing methods often overlook the role of queue stability in overall system performance. To address this, a multi-hop data transmission model is developed, along with a cost model that captures both energy consumption and delay. A time-varying queue model is then introduced to maintain system stability. Based on Lyapunov optimization, a dynamic offloading algorithm (LDSO) is proposed to minimize offloading cost while ensuring long-term stability.
