Among the many affected groups, Individual Microentrepreneurs (MEI) represent a significant case, with thousands of lawsuits addressing rights, obligations, and structural shortcomings of this regime. Analyzing such cases is complex due to the large volume and unstructured nature of judicial data. Advances in Artificial Intelligence (AI), particularly Large Language Models (LLMs) and semantic clustering, offer opportunities to transform legal texts into structured knowledge. This study presents a pipeline that combines BERTopic and prompt engineering to extract and analyze judicial cases involving MEIs. The results highlight recurring issues such as employment relationships, social security benefits, free legal aid, tax exemptions, and registration fraud. The methodology proved robust, scalable, and adaptable to other judicial contexts, contributing to both academic research and decision-making in public administration and legal practice.<\/jats:p>","DOI":"10.3233\/faia251573","type":"book-chapter","created":{"date-parts":[[2025,12,4]],"date-time":"2025-12-04T12:04:26Z","timestamp":1764849866000},"source":"Crossref","is-referenced-by-count":0,"title":["JuriDiscovery: Automated Analysis of Legal Dispute Triggered by Public Policies Using Artificial Intelligence.
