The study focuses on developing a personalized English-speaking learning system. The system integrates three core modules: speech recognition, speech evaluation and personalized learning. The study results reveal that the platform significantly enhances learners\u2019 sense of immersion experience, strengthens the development of learning ability and optimizes the efficiency of the learning process.
