The results showed that during the 9-day measurement period, the biomass, lipid content and acetyl-CoA carboxylase were significantly increased compared with the control group. Among them, the biomass increased by 10\u201325 %, the lipid content increased by 10\u201385 %, and the acetyl-CoA carboxylase activity increased by 8\u201365 %. The change trend of acetyl-CoA carboxylase activity was positively correlated with the change trend of lipid content in microalgae. Therefore, the combined treatment of high-voltage electrostatic field and strong magnetic field significantly increased the activity of acetyl-CoA carboxylase in IG8701, and promoted the accumulation of biomass and lipid content.
