The analysis focuses on the evolving role of legal counsels as legal representatives in the digitalizing justice system: from filing documents via electronic platforms and receiving electronic service of documents, to the use of artificial intelligence tools for case file analysis, legal prediction, and litigation strategy. The purpose of this paper is to identify the tools available to attorneys-at-law within the Polish legal system, to examine their practical significance and to check weather lawyers use more new technologies.
