This paper proposes a supply chain risk evaluation model based on the analysis of existing risk evaluation systems. This paper accomplishes the following goals. First, it integrates key indicators to compensate for the shortcomings of traditional risk indices. Second, the proposed model also measures the risk of a company\u2019s supply chain effectively. We propose a subjective group preference weight allocation algorithm for a comprehensive evaluation.
