Several approaches from LODE-BD Recommendations and from some modeling and alignment techniques for controlled vocabularies are presented. The implementation of a state-of-the-art open source tool, VocBench, is proposed, to support collaborative development and multi-language concept alignment of controlled vocabularies (COAR and other) using SKOS.
