The cloud\/fog computing task processing process is modeled in the case of the resource constraints in cloud or fog computing node. According to the tradeoff of resource utilization efficiency and system stability, the virtual machine resources are scheduled elastically to realize the on-demand use of cloud\/fog computing resources.
