Considering the fuzzy homomorphism in fuzzy hyper\n                    <jats:italic>BE<\/jats:italic>\n                    \u2013subalgebra, this study defines some equivalence relations in a way that, under some conditions, are regular or strongly regular and so derives fuzzy\n                    <jats:italic>BE<\/jats:italic>\n                    \u2013algebras by quotient of hyper fuzzy\n                    <jats:italic>BE<\/jats:italic>\n                    \u2013subalgebras. In fact, it tries to introduce some strongly regular relations on any hyper\n                    <jats:italic>BE<\/jats:italic>\n                    \u2013algebras by using the concept of fuzzy hyper\n                    <jats:italic>BE<\/jats:italic>\n                    \u2013subalgebras and fuzzy homomorphism.
