Some characterizations and representations of\n                    <jats:italic>L<\/jats:italic>\n                    -subuniverses are given. What is more, the relationship between\n                    <jats:italic>L<\/jats:italic>\n                    -subuniverses and\n                    <jats:italic>L<\/jats:italic>\n                    -convexities is discussed when\n                    <jats:italic>L<\/jats:italic>\n                    is a complete Heyting algebra.
