The proof of Remark 1 in [\n                    <jats:xref ref-type=\"bibr\">15<\/jats:xref>\n                    ] left out several very special cases, we complete the proof of this remark by Lemmas i, ii, iii, iv. Proposition 3.6 in [\n                    <jats:xref ref-type=\"bibr\">15<\/jats:xref>\n                    ] is not entirely correct since the authors actually only consider the case\n                    <jats:italic>e<\/jats:italic>\n                    <jats:sub>1<\/jats:sub>\n                    \u00a0&lt;\u00a0\n                    <jats:italic>e<\/jats:italic>\n                    <jats:sub>2<\/jats:sub>\n                    .
