Firstly, the evaluation index system of international port city is constructed, which includes openness and internationalization of the city, economic development and technological innovation, port radiation and influence, balanced development and ecological environment, residents\u2019 life and social development. Taking Ningbo as an example, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the international port city.
