There are many MCDM techniques described in the literature, and important considerations have been made in this area because the hesitant evaluations of decision makers, regarding both the criteria and the alternatives, have to be taken into consideration. This study focuses on the MCDM problem using axiomatic design (AD), which is one of the \"state of the art\" and efficient MCDM techniques related to hesitant evaluations, which are defined as hesitant fuzzy linguistic term sets (HFLTS). In this study, AD is used throughout a methodology in which hesitancy is taken into account in the assessments of the decision makers.
