A new method for describing\n                    <jats:italic>L<\/jats:italic>\n                    -fuzzy convexity is obtained. Also,\n                    <jats:italic>L<\/jats:italic>\n                    -fuzzy convexity preserving mappings and\n                    <jats:italic>L<\/jats:italic>\n                    -fuzzy convex-to-convex mappings are analyzed.
