We define double-framed soft quasi-ideals (briefly\n                    <jats:italic>DFS<\/jats:italic>\n                    quasi-ideal) of\n                    <jats:italic>AG<\/jats:italic>\n                    -groupoids and discuss their properties in left regular AG-groupoids. We also characterize left regular\n                    <jats:italic>AG<\/jats:italic>\n                    -groupoids in terms of\n                    <jats:italic>DFS<\/jats:italic>\n                    quasi-ideals.
