Firstly, we show that there is an adjunction between the category\n                    <jats:bold>LMFC<\/jats:bold>\n                    of (\n                    <jats:italic>L<\/jats:italic>\n                    ,\n                    <jats:italic>M<\/jats:italic>\n                    )-fuzzy convex spaces and the category\n                    <jats:bold>LMFS<\/jats:bold>\n                    of (\n                    <jats:italic>L<\/jats:italic>\n                    ,\n                    <jats:italic>M<\/jats:italic>\n                    )-fuzzy closure spaces, and there is also an adjunction between the category\n                    <jats:bold>LMFT<\/jats:bold>\n                    of (\n                    <jats:italic>L<\/jats:italic>\n                    ,\n                    <jats:italic>M<\/jats:italic>\n                    )-fuzzy cotopological spaces and\n                    <jats:bold>LMFS<\/jats:bold>\n                    . In particular, the categories\n                    <jats:bold>LMFC<\/jats:bold>\n                    and\n                    <jats:bold>LMFT<\/jats:bold>\n                    are both coreflective subcategories of\n                    <jats:bold>LMFS<\/jats:bold>\n                    . Secondly, we prove that there is an adjunction between the category\n                    <jats:bold>ELFC<\/jats:bold>\n                    of extensional\n                    <jats:italic>L<\/jats:italic>\n                    -fuzzy convex spaces and the category\n                    <jats:bold>LFC<\/jats:bold>\n                    of\n                    <jats:italic>L<\/jats:italic>\n                    -fuzzy convex spaces, and there is also an adjunction between the category\n                    <jats:bold>ELFT<\/jats:bold>\n                    of extensional\n                    <jats:italic>L<\/jats:italic>\n                    -fuzzy cotopological spaces and the category\n                    <jats:bold>LFT<\/jats:bold>\n                    of (\n                    <jats:italic>L<\/jats:italic>\n                    ,\n                    <jats:italic>M<\/jats:italic>\n                    )-fuzzy cotopological spaces.
