Using\n \n \n FHLO<\/mml:mi>\n \u03b4<\/mml:mi>\n -<\/mml:mo>\n G<\/mml:mi>\n <\/mml:math>\n <\/jats:inline-formula>\n , we can involve one additional non-empty set\n \u03b4<\/jats:italic>\n with\n FHLOG<\/jats:italic>\n , which helps to develop new results and applications. The structural characteristics and properties of\n \n \n FHLO<\/mml:mi>\n \u03b4<\/mml:mi>\n -<\/mml:mo>\n G<\/mml:mi>\n <\/mml:math>\n <\/jats:inline-formula>\n are analysed.
