This system allowed for a type of \u201celectronic identity card\u201d to ensure the authenticity of products and their traceability. Through Business Process Re-Engineering (BPR) methods, the \u201cAS IS\u201d and \u201cTO BE\u201d scenarios obtained as a result of the proposed changes are analysed. In particular, two production phases are analysed in this work: the sewing and inventory. The differences between the \u201cAS IS\u201d and \u201cTO BE\u201d systems are analysed to highlight the improvement obtained using the RFID system.
