To shape an interoperable, sustainable, and extensible ecosystem to advance biomedical research and healthcare during the pandemic and beyond, a short-term project called \u201cCollaborative Data Exchange and Usage\u201d (CODEX+) was initiated to integrate and connect multiple COVID-19 projects into a common organizational and technical framework.
