We developed and tested a multidimensional measure of quality of care in relation to EHR use. 234 nurses completed a cross-sectional survey. The score of the quality of care construct reached 0.92. Four subdimensions were identified: technology impact on nursing practice, learning and improvement capability, transition accountability, and fault responsibility.
