We identified both advantages and challenges of AI-based solutions and suggested future research directions. Our search of four online databases for studies from the last five years revealed promising AI applications in education, daily living, home environments, workplaces, and healthcare. However, limitations include limited research, lack of user involvement, potential data bias, and reporting deficiencies.
