We identified all obligatory data to participate with AKTIN and analyzed our hospital information system to extract the relevant information into the interoperability standard HL7 FHIR. In a second step we transformed the information into the specific data format HL7 CDA required by AKTIN. We were able to integrate all obligatory data elements into the AKTIN registry infrastructure and validate the data format.
