We modeled the information system\u2019s current and future state by architecture and process models. Source of information were interviews with personnel. A strategic management plan for developing the institute\u2019s information system has been proposed. A migration path has been established with 23 tactical projects over the next 3 years to accomplish to attain strategic management goals.
