Method: The platform aggregates 2019\u20132023 public health indicators and supports institutional data uploads via Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) Application Programming Interfaces (APIs). An evaluation was conducted with 58 stakeholders across four dimensions: interpretability, comprehensiveness, comparability, and FHIR-based data upload mechanisms. Results: The evaluation demonstrated high agreement across all dimensions: indicator coverage (4.48), user-oriented comparability (4.37), and data presentation clarity (4.34), with 100% approval for FHIR-based uploads. Participants acknowledged the platform\u2019s effectiveness in supporting public health decision-making. Conclusion: twPHIP provides a scalable, interoperable framework for public health informatics, facilitating data-driven decision-making and policy evaluation.
