Visual explanations, such as the Petal-X dashboard, can support personalized care by improving patients\u2019 understanding of health risks and motivating lifestyle changes. This study evaluated whether the Petal-X dashboard, utilizing the SCORE2 model for 10-year CVD risk calculation, promotes lifestyle changes and subsequently reduces CVD risk. A randomized controlled trial (RCT) was conducted with 52 participants in a Slovenian Community Health Centre. After six months, changes in SCORE2 were assessed. The results showed no significant differences between the groups in reducing SCORE2 (\u03c72 = 0.879; p = 0.348) or other measures between groups.
