Independent EMR systems hinder data sharing, and patients lack full access to their records. Methods\/Process: This paper proposes a blockchain-based EMR big data sharing system, designed through field research and surveys. It uses blockchain\u2019s decentralization, transparency, and encryption to protect patient rights and support hospital control.
