Therefore the newly appointed rehabilitation consultants have the difficult task of managing patients from different wards in different hospitals and then having to follow them up as well. Therefore a User-Centered Design method was utilized to design a Virtual ward and a follow up clinic for patients needing rehabilitation care in Sri Lanka.
