This study compared hippocampal parenchyma fraction (HPF) between thirty two patients with msTBI at 3 months post-injury and thirty five healthy controls (HC). T1-weighed images were used to calculate HPF using kaiba software. A t-test revealed that HPF was significantly lower in msTBI patients (p &lt; 0.001).
