From the perspective of \u201ccountermeasures against harassment by problematic employees,\u201d we evaluated whether the current educational system at our institution\u2019s data center adequately preserves evidence. The evaluation focused on whether the records maintained include what was stated and what was left unstated, based on the criteria proposed by Hills in her textbook. The current data manager training system combines three methods: eLearning, face-to-face lectures, and on-the-job training.
