This paper evaluates the readiness of a nursing education organization to implement clinically relevant digital health and informatics education, using a SWOT analysis. Drawing from the experiences of recent graduates Emma and Noah, who represent metropolitan and rural healthcare contexts, the analysis highlights the organization\u2019s capacity and gaps.
