The study was carried out by a multidisciplinary team consisting of two municipalities in the South of Norway, data and artificial intelligence (AI) researchers, healthcare researchers, and a European health technology company. Three participatory workshops were conducted with healthcare professionals, ICT personnel, and legal experts, revealing overall optimism about the potential of AI to enhance documentation practices and facilitate more efficient information exchange.
