The operational layer is composed by an audio and video system and an audio to text converter built in the top of a pervasive component. The intelligent layer is an improved version of IGTAI [6]. Both layers are independent. With their integration it is possible to improve users' experience in Smart Meeting Rooms or even in distributed meetings, in time and space.
