These offenses pose particular challenges as they target not only legal professionals but also the legal systems that protect them—specifically, the principles of independence, inviolability, confidentiality, and adversarial process. This article examines how crime profiling can serve as a tool to detect latent risks, develop investigative hypotheses, and improve pretrial tactics. The author identifies key elements of this profile: offender traits, victim characteristics, crime scene context and modus operandi, and both physical and intangible traces. Taken together, these elements enable construction of a holistic criminalistic model to respond to threats within the legal profession. The paper emphasizes the need for further research to refine indicators of emerging forms of interference in legal practice.
[[2026,1,22
["CRIMINALISTIC PROFILE OF OFFENSES IN THE PROVISION OF LEGAL AID","ЗМІСТ КРИМІНАЛІСТИЧНОЇ ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКИ КРИМІНАЛЬНИХ ПРАВОПОРУШЕНЬ, УЧИНЕНИХ У СФЕРІ НАДАННЯ ПРОФЕСІЙНОЇ ПРАВНИЧОЇ ДОПОМОГИ
[[2025,9,8
Archive of Criminology and Forensic Sciences
[[2026,1,22
[[2025,9,8
[[2025,6,8
["2709-1007","2709-099X
[[2025,9,8]]}}}
