It falls upon the prosecution to record information about the committed criminal offense and the proof in a criminal proceeding.Considering the complexity of these activities, particularly in categories of criminal offenses involving preparation, direct commission, and concealment, the Article Purpose is to clarify typical grounds for commencing a criminal proceeding.It focuses on acts related to the unlawful acquisition and seizure of property and assets belonging to enterprises, institutions, and organizations. What is more, it aims to address identified problematic issues that arise after a criminal offense is registered and to establish typical organizational and legal forms for the prosecution\u2019s activities during this stage of criminal procedural activity. After theoretical analysis and generalizing empirical data, it has been determined that the prosecution\u2019s activity at the beginning of a criminal proceeding related to raiding occurs in two distinct organizational and legal forms: initiative and functional (protocol).
