At the same time, it is necessary to ensure the protection and restoration of the rights of affected individuals. In view of the above, the Article Purpose is formulated as de\ufb01ning and characterizing the speci\ufb01cs of protecting the rights of vic- tims of war crimes and war-related criminal offenses, as well as developing guidelines to enhance the ef\ufb01ciency of this activity.It is argued that, at present, legal theory has neither formulated de\ufb01ni- tions of the concepts of \u201cwar crimes\u201d and \u201cwar-related criminal offenses\u201d nor identi\ufb01ed the speci\ufb01c types of crimes directly related to this group.
